Olivia Wilde has won her custody battle against her ex Jason Sudeikis
She won a custody battle after a judge ruled that their two children - eight-year-old Otis and five-year-old Daisy - officially lived in the Golden State.
This comes after the 38-year-old actress claimed 'Ted Lasso' star, 46, - who wanted kids to call New York home
In the filing, Olivia claims that Jason - who was in a relationship with her from 2011 to 2020....
....meant to "humiliate" and "threat" her by sending papers in such a public settings
Olivia - now romantically involved with pop singer Harry Styles, 28
She said in court documents: “Jason's actions were clearly meant to threaten me and catch me off guard."
She wrote, "The fact that Jason would embarrass me professionally is extremely contrary to our children’s best interests"
Since Jason made it clear that we couldn't do this for our children's needs outside of the court system
So she filed a petition for custody in Los Angeles
