No criminal charges were filed against Mike Tyson after a viral video of punching a fellow first-class passenger aboard a plane

The San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office said it has closed the case

And they decided against pursuing charges based on “the circumstances surrounding the confrontation.”

As per the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson that no charges be filed in this case

Tyson's representative said, "it was the passenger who started harassing him and threw water bottle on him"
