In the final weeks of her campaign, Republican Rep. Liz Cheney is out with a new TV ad.
The ad contrasts her primary opponents' positions on fraud in the 2020 election to her own
The ad, first shared with CBS News, features comments made by their three primary opponents during their June debate about the 2020 election.
The ad is another nod to Cheney, who is vice chairman of the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the US Capitol.
"We need to elect leaders who are serious. We need to elect leaders who take their oath of office seriously," Cheney says at the end of the ad.
She also said in the ad, "Leaders who won't simply say what they think people want to hear "
During that debate on June 30, Hageman criticized Cheney and the Jan. 6 committee
Harriet Hageman said, "they're not focusing on the issues that are important to the people in Wyoming "
Murtaugh also added, "no amount of television ads funded by Democrats from California will ever change that"
