Brad Pitt and Ana de Armas go to the "Blonde" premiere in Venice

In the new movie, Ana de Armas plays late Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe.

Adrien Brody, who plays playwright Arthur Miller, who is also Marilyn Monroe's third husband, joined the actress.

De Armas wowed, in a pink Louis Vuitton gown and a diamond statement necklace.

The movie Blonde is based on the same-titled book by Joyce Carol Oates.

Ana De Armas told reporters that her life was changed by playing Monroe at Venice

The actress added, "I did this movie to challenge myself, since I thought it was a gift."

During its premiere, Blonde met a 14-minute standing ovation.

According to Variety, the reception brought De Armas to tears.

The movie release in theaters on September 16 and will start streaming on Netflix on September 28.
