Famous actress Meena’s husband Vidyasagar died on June 28 at a private hospital in Chennai. According to reports, he died of Covid-19 complications. Vidyasagar contracted Covid-19 infection in March, after which his health deteriorated. In addition, Vidyasagar, who has been suffering from kidney related ailments for a long time, was ready for kidney transplant surgery.

Funeral service will be held today (June 29) at 2 pm at Besant Nagar, Chennai. Vidyasagar has Meena and daughter Nainika (who entered the acting industry through Theri).

Meena started her career as a child actress and acted in films with all the leading heroes in the 90s and 2000s. Today he plays character roles in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. She last acted in Mohan Babu’s Son of India.
