Before she released pictures honoring her estranged sons’ birthdays, American singer-songwriter Britney Spears started crying while dancing in a video posted on her social media. Page Six reports that the video posted to Britney Spears Instagram account with the remark, “It’s been a while since I’ve cried on camera. It’s not a breakdown assholes, it’s a release that I’ve needed for a very long time now. Spiritual experience for sure!!! I think I need to do that way more!!! Psss… bawling.”
The pop queen routinely tweets videos of herself busting moves, so the post wasn’t unusual, but after spinning around numerous times in the video, Spears started to break down and cry. Despite the denials that she was “breaking down,” several of her admirers were worried for her well-being.

One worried follower wrote on the photo, “This woman needs help before it’s too late,” and added, “if you love this woman stop encouraging this behaviour,” according to Page Six.
A second individual concurred in writing, “Oh Brit. You really need help. And no I’m not a hater for saying that on the contrary, we want her well-being and she needs help processing her ordeal. I feel like she has no one.”
Spears’ supporters also applauded her for expressing her true emotions and letting go of her sorrows, though. “If we don’t release our tears they build up and are stored as pain. I am in awe of how you process your emotions so gracefully,” a person said.
Hours before, despite ongoing family tensions, Spears had posted a message wishing her estranged boys Sean Preston and Jayden James a happy birthday.
According to Page Six, her ex-husband Kevin Federline said last month that Britney Spears sons had opted to avoid seeing their mother in recent months due to their embarrassment over the nude images she has been sharing online since losing her conservatorship.
